Mac Repair in San Antonio
I work on iMacs, MacBooks, and Mac minis. Slow systems, screen issues, iCloud and Time Machine help — and I'll tell you when something is better off going to Apple.
Open Mon–Fri 8–7, Saturday 9–5. House calls all over Bexar County.

Macs are easier to live with than PCs, but when they go wrong they’re often more confusing. Apple stores are a 45-minute drive plus a wait, and the Genius Bar will only tell you so much without sending it off. I’ll come look at it for free.
What I work on
- MacBooks — Air, Pro, both Intel and Apple Silicon
- iMacs — including the older ones nobody else wants to touch
- Mac minis — setup, tune-ups, getting them to play nice with your TV or monitors
What people call me about
- The spinning beachball that won’t go away
- “Your startup disk is almost full” and you have no idea what’s eating the space
- Time Machine that quietly stopped backing up six months ago
- iCloud syncing that’s gone sideways — photos missing, contacts duplicated, two Apple IDs that need merging
- Updating to the latest macOS and now nothing works
- A slow MacBook that you’re about to throw out — usually I can give it another two or three years for the cost of an SSD upgrade or a cleanout
- Moving everything from your old Mac to a new one without losing a thing
- Forgotten passwords, locked Apple IDs, “Find My” headaches when you sell or hand down a Mac
What I’ll send to Apple
I’ll be straight with you: if it’s a logic board failure on a recent MacBook, or anything still under AppleCare, you’re better off going to Apple. I’ll tell you that for free instead of charging you to find out. Same for batteries on the newer glued-in models — Apple’s flat-fee battery service is usually the better deal.
How it works
Free diagnosis, flat price up front, 30-day guarantee. I come to your house — Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Boerne, anywhere in Bexar County — or you can drop it off.
If you’re also dealing with slow Wi-Fi or trying to recover photos from an old drive, I can knock both out in one visit.
