I’m Matt, and I’ve been fixing computers for people in San Antonio since 2008. PCs, Macs, laptops, desktops, the home-built gaming rig your kid is mad about — if it has a power cord, there’s a good chance I can sort it out.
What I usually get called about
- Slow computers that take five minutes to open a browser
- Laptops that won’t power on, or that turn on and then immediately shut off
- Cracked screens and dead batteries on MacBooks and PC laptops
- Spilled coffee, juice, or (memorably, once) a margarita
- Weird noises — clicking drives, screaming fans, beeping at startup
- Computers that boot to a blue screen, a black screen, or just hang on the spinning circle
- Setting up a brand-new PC or Mac and moving everything over from the old one
- Custom-built desktops and gaming PCs — I’ll spec the parts and put it together for you

How I price it
Diagnosis is free. I take a look, figure out what’s actually wrong, and give you one flat price for the whole job before I start. If you don’t want to do the repair, no problem and no charge for the visit.
There’s no hourly clock running. No surprise add-ons. Every repair has a 30-day guarantee — if the same thing comes back, I come back free.
Where I work
I make house calls anywhere in Bexar County, plus Boerne and Schertz. Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Helotes, Leon Valley, Castle Hills, Universal City, Southtown — I get out to all of it. If you’d rather drop the machine off, that works too.
