These are my regular prices for homes and home offices in San Antonio. Every job gets a flat quote before I start, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. The price covers the house call.
How the pricing works
I look at the computer first, for free. Then I tell you what’s wrong and what it costs. If you don’t want to go ahead, you owe nothing. If you do, the price only changes if you ask me to fix something else too.
Parts are extra, and you see the price of each one before I order it. If a repair costs more than the computer is worth, I’ll tell you before you spend money on it.

- How much does computer repair cost in San Antonio?
- With me, most jobs cost $59 to $149 plus any parts. Diagnosis is free, house calls in Bexar County, Boerne and Schertz are free, and you get one flat price before any work starts.
- Do you charge for house calls?
- Not inside Bexar County, Boerne or Schertz. Past that it’s a $25 trip fee, which I’ll tell you about when you call.
- How much is virus removal?
- $129 flat, at your house. That covers removing the malware or scam software, resetting your browsers, and telling you which passwords to change.
- How much does data recovery cost?
- $149 to $349 for drives I can recover on the bench, depending on the damage and how much data there is. If I can’t get your files back, you pay nothing. Drives that click or grind need a clean-room lab, and those quotes usually start around $700 to $1,500.
- How much is it to set up a new computer?
- $149, including moving your files, photos, email, bookmarks and passwords from the old computer, setting up your printer and backup, and wiping the old one.
- Do parts cost extra?
- Yes. Drives, memory, batteries, screens and Wi-Fi equipment are billed separately. I give you the part price before I order anything.
- What if you find another problem once you start?
- The price you agreed to doesn’t change. If I find something else, I tell you what it is and what it costs, and you decide whether to fix it.
- Is there a guarantee?
- Every repair has a 30-day guarantee. If the same problem comes back, I come back and fix it free.
