Do you really make house calls?

Yes, anywhere in Bexar County, plus Boerne and Schertz. There’s no extra charge for it. House calls are how I prefer to work.

What does the diagnosis cost?

Nothing. I look at your computer, tell you what’s wrong, and quote one flat price for the whole job. If you don’t want to do the repair, you owe me nothing.

How much does computer repair cost?

How long does a typical repair take?

Most jobs are done same or next day. Bigger fixes (data recovery, full system rebuild) might take two or three days. I’ll give you a real timeline up front.

Do you guarantee the work?

Every repair has a 30‑day guarantee. If the same thing comes back, I come back free.

Are you an actual computer technician?
